First off, welcome! All our classes offer beginner and intermediate options, so just jump into whichever suits you best. Don’t forget to let your instructor know if you’re new. If you’d rather take it slow and steady, our Social Starter class is the perfect place to begin.

We suggest grabbing the Social Club Co app from the App Store or Google Play to book your classes hassle-free. You can also book on our website or MindBody. Just a heads-up, all classes need to be booked and paid for before you come along.

If you need to cancel a class, no worries! Just make sure you do it at least 6 hours before the class starts to get your credit back. Cancellations less than 6 hours before will mean you forfeit the class. Please cancel only through the booking platform.

If your preferred class is full, jump on the waitlist. If a spot becomes available more than 6 hours before the class start time, you’ll automatically be added into the class and notified via text/email. If it’s within the 6 hour window, you’ll receive a message confirming you’d like to be added into the class. Only add yourself to the waitlist if you can actually make the class, otherwise cancel out before you go to bed!

Congratulations! If you’ve been cleared to exercise by your doctor, you can absolutely join our group classes. Our highly skilled teachers fully understand the guidelines around exercise during pregnancy. We have wedges to support you during class if you need and can always offer options and alternatives. We also have a ‘Mum’s Club’ class which supports our pre & post natal mummas!

Absolutely! If you’re going on holidays or will be away from the studio for a bit, send us an email and we’ll be able to help you. Just note that we need at least 7 days notice and it must be in weekly increments from your week start date.

Alright keen bean! If you feel like attending extra classes, feel free to increase your membership by sending us an email, or attend those extra classes and we’ll do a reconciliation at the end of the week and charge at your average class price. Eg. $24 if you’re on a 2x classes/week membership.
