Social Starter
Social Starter is our Pilates warm welcome – a feel-good, no-pressure class designed especially for beginners. Think of it as your intro to the moves, the vibes, and the burn (the good kind).
We break it down, keep it light, and make sure you feel confident from the get-go. You'll learn the foundations of Pilates, start building strength, and get those muscles switched on – all while having a damn good time.

Mum's Club
This one’s for the mamas – pre or postnatal – looking to move, reconnect, and feel strong again (or for the first time). Expect gentle but effective Pilates, with a focus on core, pelvic floor, posture and breath. All the things your body actually needs right now.
